Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians to plan and evaluate treatment, and manage patient education, triage, and follow-up across the continuum of care. Practice within the full scope of nursing expertise while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards. Maintain competency in age and population-specific clinical settings and coordinate care for patients in all phases of preventative care, diagnosis, and treatment. Shifts are 12 hours rotating, totaling 36 weekly hours with a salary range of $3,262 to $4,158. Applicants must live at least 60 miles from the Bemidji location and possess at least one year of RN experience including six months of travel experience.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen and pre-employment background screening as a condition of employment
