Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborating with physicians to plan, implement, and evaluate patient outcomes across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, and treatment. Conduct patient assessments, triage, and education while coordinating care within the scope of nursing practice defined by the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards. Work 36 hours weekly at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo in Fargo, ND, earning a starting rate of $2758. Requires an unencumbered RN license and a Bachelor's degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require pre-employment background screening
