Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians on treatment plans, and coordinate patient education and triage. Manage patient assessment, diagnosis, and follow-up across the continuum of care while adhering to state licensure standards and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics. Maintain competency in age-specific standards and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise. This 12-hour night shift role requires at least one year of RN experience and six months of travel experience, with a stipend included in the weekly pay rate. Live at least 60 miles from the Bismarck, ND location.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtain and subsequently maintain required department specific competencies and certifications
- Pass a drug screen
- Pass pre-employment background screening
