Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, including patient assessment, triage, education, and coordination across the continuum of preventative care, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate care while demonstrating competency within the full scope of nursing practice and state standards. Manage patient care in all phases as patients move along the continuum, adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association ethics. Maintain required department-specific certifications and licensure. Live at least 60 miles from the location, with contracts starting at $3010 weekly for 14 weeks.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require a pre-employment background screening
