Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborating with physicians to plan, implement, and evaluate treatment for patients across the continuum of care. Conduct patient assessments, triage, education, and preventative health maintenance while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards. Maintain competency in age and population-specific clinical settings, ensuring all interventions align with state licensure and departmental requirements. Work 36 weekly hours at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo in Fargo, ND, with a starting rate of $2,758. This travel staffing role supports underserved communities nationwide.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require a pre-employment background screening
