Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians to plan and evaluate treatment, and coordinate patient assessments and education. Manage triage, implement interventions, and address preventative care, health maintenance, and follow-up across the continuum of patient care. Practice within the full scope of nursing expertise and adhere to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards. Maintain unencumbered licensure and required departmental certifications. Requires at least one year of experience, six months of travel experience, and living within 60 miles of Bismarck, ND. Weekly pay includes stipend; 12-hour night shifts with 36 weekly hours. Contracts are 14 weeks with extension options.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require a pre-employment background screening
