Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians on care plans, and coordinate patient assessment, education, and triage. Manage patients across the continuum of care including preventative services, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up while adhering to state licensure and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics. Maintain competency in age and population-specific standards within the assigned clinical setting. Requires at least one year of experience, six months of travel experience, and residency 60 miles from Bismarck, ND. Offers 12-hour night shifts, 36 weekly hours, and a $3,010 weekly rate with stipend included. Contracts are 14 weeks with extension options.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
