Registered Nurse

Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, including patient assessment, triage, education, and coordination of care across the continuum. Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care while adhering to state practice standards and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics. Manage patient needs in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up within the assigned clinical setting at Bemidji Medical Center. Maintain competency through required department-specific certifications and uphold the full scope of nursing expertise.
