Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians on care plans, and manage patient triage, assessment, and education across the continuum of care. Practice within the full scope of nursing expertise while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards for age and population-specific settings. Deliver preventative care, health maintenance, and treatment interventions for patients in all phases of their medical journey. This 12-hour night shift role at Bismarck Med Ctr requires 36 weekly hours and at least one year of RN experience, including six months of travel experience. Candidates must live at least 60 miles from the location. Solutions By Sanford offers 14-week contracts with stipends included in weekly pay, alongside Sanford benefits.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require pre-employment background screening
