Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborate with physicians to plan and coordinate patient care across the continuum, from preventative health to treatment and follow-up. Perform patient education, triage, and various nursing interventions while adhering to state practice acts and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics. Maintain competency within the full scope of nursing expertise for assigned clinical settings.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require pre-employment background screening
