Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for patients in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Collaborate with inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan and evaluate care while demonstrating competency within the full scope of nursing expertise and appropriate age and population-specific standards. Manage patient triage, patient education, and various nursing interventions in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and state licensure requirements. Requires at least one year of experience, six months of travel experience, and living at least 60 miles from the Bismarck, ND location. Offers 12-hour night shifts with a weekly stipend included in the pay rate.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require a pre-employment background screening
