Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, manage patient triage, and coordinate care plans across the continuum of prevention, diagnosis, and treatment. Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to implement and evaluate care while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards. Deliver patient education and maintain competency in age and population-specific clinical settings. Requires an unencumbered RN license and accredited nursing degree. Starting rate is $2,758 for 36 weekly hours at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtain and subsequently maintain required department specific competencies and certifications
- Pass a drug screen
- Pass pre-employment background screening
