Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborating with physicians to plan, implement, and evaluate patient treatment across the continuum of care. Manage patient assessment, triage, education, and follow-up while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and state licensure standards. Deliver preventative care and health maintenance services to patients in all phases of their journey. This 12-hour rotating shift requires a minimum of one year of RN experience and six months of travel experience, with applicants living at least 60 miles from Bemidji, MN. Weekly pay includes a stipend, and 14-week contracts offer extension options.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require a pre-employment background screening
