Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians to plan and evaluate treatment, and coordinate patient education and triage. Manage care across the continuum of preventative health, diagnosis, and follow-up while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards. Maintain competency in age and population-specific clinical settings. Requires at least one year of experience and six months of travel history; live within 60 miles of Bemidji, MN. Earn $3,262–$4,158 weekly for 12-hour rotating shifts on 36-hour weeks. Contracts span 14 weeks with extension options.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtain and subsequently maintain required department specific competencies and certifications
- Obtain a drug screen
- Pass pre-employment background screening
