Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to patients across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Collaborate with inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate care while practicing within the full scope of nursing expertise and state licensure standards. Coordinate care, perform patient assessments, educate patients, and manage triage and various nursing interventions in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards. This travel staffing role at Bismarck Med Ctr requires at least one year of experience and six months of travel experience, with a requirement to live at least 60 miles from the location. The position involves 12-hour night shifts totaling 36 hours weekly at a rate of $3,010, with 14-week contracts and included stipends.
Required Qualifications

- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state

- An accepted offer will require a drug screen and pre-employment background screening as a condition of employment
