Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, including patient assessment, triage, education, and coordination of care across preventative, diagnostic, and treatment phases. Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards. Maintain competency in age and population-specific clinical settings within the full scope of nursing expertise. Requires an unencumbered RN license, accredited nursing degree, and Bachelor's degree preferred. Starting rate is $2758 for 36 weekly hours at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require pre-employment background screening
