Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, including patient assessment, triage, education, and coordination across the continuum of care. Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care while adhering to state practice acts and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics. Manage patients through preventative care, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up phases within the assigned clinical setting at Bismarck Med Ctr. Requires at least one year of experience and six months of travel experience, with a requirement to live 60 miles from the location. Offers 12-hour night shifts with 36 weekly hours and a salary of $3010, including stipends and Sanford benefits.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require pre-employment background screening
