Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians to plan and evaluate treatment, and coordinate patient assessment, education, and triage. Manage patients across the continuum of care, including preventative health maintenance, diagnosis, and follow-up, while adhering to state licensure standards and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics. Maintain competency in age and population-specific clinical standards within the assigned setting at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo.
