Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians on treatment plans, and coordinate patient triage and education. Manage patient assessment, diagnosis, and follow-up across the continuum of care while adhering to state licensure and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics. Maintain competency in age and population-specific standards within the assigned clinical setting at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo. Work 36 hours weekly at a starting rate of $2758.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require a pre-employment background screening
