Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians to plan and evaluate treatment, and manage patient triage and education across the continuum of care. Practice within the full scope of nursing expertise, adhering to state licensure and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics. Ensure competency in preventative care, health maintenance, and diagnosis for patients in assigned clinical settings. Maintain unencumbered RN licensure and complete required department-specific certifications. Live at least 60 miles from the Bemidji, MN location for this 12-hour rotating shift role with a 14-week contract option.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require pre-employment background screening
