Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians on care planning, and coordinate patient assessment, education, and triage. Manage patient care across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up while adhering to state practice standards and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics. Maintain competency in age and population-specific standards within the assigned clinical setting at Bemidji Medical Center. Live at least 60 miles from the location and hold at least one year of experience with six months of travel experience. Earn $3,262 weekly for 36 hours on 12-hour rotating shifts over 14-week contracts with extension options.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen and pre-employment background screening as a condition of employment
