Job Summary
Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for patients across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to coordinate care and perform patient education, triage, and various nursing interventions. Practice within the full scope of nursing expertise, adhering to the Nurse Practice Act, state licensure, and American Nurses Association standards. Requires an unencumbered RN license, accredited nursing degree, and multistate licensure if applicable. Located at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo in Fargo, ND, with 36 weekly hours and a starting rate of $2,758.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require a pre-employment background screening
