Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians to plan and evaluate treatment, and manage patient triage, education, and follow-up across the continuum of care. Practice within the full scope of nursing expertise, adhering to the Nurse Practice Act, state licensure standards, and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics. Maintain competency in age and population-specific standards while ensuring patients receive preventative care, health maintenance, and diagnosis support. Requires an unencumbered RN license, a Bachelor's degree preferred, and 36 weekly hours at a starting rate of $2758.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtain and subsequently maintain required department specific competencies and certifications
- Pass a drug screen
- Pass pre-employment background screening
