Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, including patient assessment, triage, education, and coordination across preventative, diagnostic, and treatment phases. Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate care while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and state licensure standards. Maintain competency in age and population-specific clinical standards within the assigned setting at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo. Requires an unencumbered RN license, BSN preferred, and 36 weekly hours at a starting rate of $2,758.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require a pre-employment background screening
