Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborate with physicians to plan and coordinate care while managing patient triage, education, and follow-up across the continuum of health maintenance and treatment. Practice within the full scope of nursing expertise and adhere to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards. Requires an unencumbered RN license and a Bachelor's degree preferred. Sanford Med Ctr Fargo offers 36 weekly hours at a starting rate of $2758, with benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and time off.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require a pre-employment background screening
