Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians to plan and evaluate treatment, and manage patient triage, education, and follow-up across the continuum of care. Assess patients in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, and diagnosis while adhering to state practice standards and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics. Maintain competency in age and population-specific standards within the assigned clinical setting at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo. Requires an unencumbered RN license, BSN preferred, and 36 weekly hours at a starting rate of $2758.
