Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians to plan and evaluate treatment, and manage patient assessment, triage, and education across the continuum of care. Practice within the full scope of nursing expertise and adhere to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards while caring for patients in preventative, diagnostic, and follow-up phases. Maintain unencumbered RN licensure and complete required department-specific competencies. Live at least 60 miles from the Bismarck, ND location for this 12-hour night shift role with 36 weekly hours and a 14-week contract option.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require a pre-employment background screening
