Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians on treatment plans, and coordinate patient education and triage. Manage the full continuum of care from preventative health maintenance through diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up while adhering to state licensure standards and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics. Perform patient assessments, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes within the assigned clinical setting at Bismarck Med Ctr. Requires at least one year of experience and six months of travel experience, with a weekly schedule of 36 hours on 12-hour night shifts.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require a pre-employment background screening
