Registered Nurse

Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and coordinate care across the continuum, covering preventative measures, health maintenance, treatment, and follow-up. Perform patient triage, education, and various interventions while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards. Requires an unencumbered RN license, a Bachelor's degree preferred, and 36 weekly hours at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo in Fargo, ND.
