Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians on treatment plans, and coordinate patient assessment and education. Manage triage, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes across the continuum of care while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards. Maintain competency in age and population-specific standards within the assigned clinical setting at Bemidji Medical Center. Requires at least one year of experience and six months of travel experience; live at least 60 miles from the location. Earn $3,262 weekly for 36 hours on rotating 12-hour shifts with a 14-week contract option.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen and pre-employment background screening as a condition of employment
