Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, including patient assessment, triage, education, and coordination across the continuum of health maintenance and treatment. Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate care while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act, state licensure standards, and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics. Deliver age and population-specific interventions within the full scope of nursing expertise in the Sanford Med Ctr Fargo clinical setting. Requires an unencumbered RN license, preferred BSN, and 36 weekly hours at a starting rate of $2758.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
