Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians to plan and evaluate treatment, and manage patient triage, education, and follow-up across the continuum of care. Practice within the full scope of nursing expertise, adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards while addressing preventative care, health maintenance, and diagnosis. Maintain unencumbered RN licensure and obtain required department-specific certifications. Work 36 hours weekly at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo with a starting rate of $2,758.
