Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborating with physicians to plan, implement, and evaluate treatment for patients across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, and follow-up. Perform patient assessment, triage, patient education, and care coordination while demonstrating competency within the full scope of nursing expertise and adhering to state practice standards. Maintain unencumbered RN licensure and required departmental certifications to support these duties. Live at least 60 miles from the Bemidji, MN location for this 14-week travel contract with rotating 12-hour shifts.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require pre-employment background screening
