Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians to plan and evaluate treatment, and manage patient education, triage, and follow-up across the continuum of care. Practice within the full scope of nursing expertise, adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards for assessment, diagnosis, and outcomes planning.
