Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, including patient assessment, triage, education, and follow-up across the continuum of care. Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate treatment for patients in preventative care, health maintenance, and diagnosis phases. Practice within the full scope of nursing expertise and Nurse Practice Act standards while maintaining required department competencies. This role supports underserved communities through travel staffing at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo in Fargo, ND, with a weekly schedule of 36 hours and a starting rate of $2,758.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require pre-employment background screening
