Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians on care plans, and coordinate patient assessment, education, and triage. Manage patients across the continuum of care including preventative measures, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards. Requires an unencumbered RN license, accredited nursing degree, and multistate licensure if applicable. 36 weekly hours at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo starting at $2,758. Travel staffing opportunities available for underserved communities.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtain and subsequently maintain required department specific competencies and certifications
- Pass a drug screen
- Pass pre-employment background screening
