Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and coordinate care across the continuum of preventative health, treatment, and follow-up. Perform patient triage, education, and various nursing interventions while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards. Maintain competency within the full scope of nursing expertise for assigned clinical settings. This 12-hour night shift position at Bismarck Med Ctr requires a minimum of one year of RN experience and six months of travel experience. Candidates must reside at least 60 miles from the location. The role offers a weekly salary of $3,010 with a 14-week contract option, including stipends and Sanford benefits.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtain and subsequently maintain required department specific competencies and certifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
