Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, including patient assessment, triage, education, and coordination of care across all phases of the continuum. Collaborate with inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate treatment while maintaining competency within the full scope of nursing practice and state licensure standards. Manage preventative care, health maintenance, and follow-up for patients in the assigned clinical setting at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo. Requires an unencumbered RN license, BSN preferred, and 36 weekly hours at a starting rate of $2,758.
