Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians on treatment plans, and coordinate patient assessment, education, and triage. Manage patients across the continuum of care including preventative health, diagnosis, and follow-up while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and state licensure standards. Maintain competency in age and population-specific clinical standards within the assigned setting. Requires at least one year of experience and six months of travel experience; live 60 miles from Bismarck, ND. Shifts are 12-hour nights with 36 weekly hours at a rate of $3010, including stipend and Sanford benefits.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require pre-employment background screening
