Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians to plan and evaluate treatment, and coordinate patient education and triage. Manage patients across the continuum of care, from preventative health maintenance through diagnosis and follow-up, adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards. Maintain competency in age and population-specific standards within the assigned clinical setting. Requires one year of experience, six months of travel experience, and living at least 60 miles from Bismarck, ND. Weekly 36-hour night shifts with a 14-week contract option.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require pre-employment background screening
