Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborating with physicians to plan, implement, and evaluate treatment for patients across the continuum of care. Manage patient assessment, triage, education, and preventative health maintenance while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards. Maintain competency in age and population-specific clinical settings and ensure all interventions align with state licensure and departmental competencies. Live at least 60 miles from the Bemidji, MN location for this 12-hour rotating shift role requiring one year of RN experience and six months of travel history. Contracts are 14 weeks with weekly pay including stipend and eligibility for Sanford benefits.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen and pre-employment background screening as a condition of employment
