Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, including patient assessment, triage, education, and coordination of care across the continuum. Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards. Deliver preventative care, health maintenance, and treatment interventions for patients in all phases of their journey, maintaining full scope of nursing expertise. Requires an unencumbered RN license, accredited nursing degree, and Bachelor's degree preferred. Weekly hours are 36.00 with a starting rate of $2758 at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtain and subsequently maintain required department specific competencies and certifications
- Pass a drug screen
- Pass pre-employment background screening
