Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians to plan and evaluate treatment, and manage patient triage, assessment, and education across the continuum of care. Coordinate care for patients in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and follow-up while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and state licensure standards. Maintain competency within the full scope of nursing expertise and age-specific standards designated for the assigned clinical setting. This 12-hour night shift position requires 36 weekly hours at Bismarck Med Ctr in Bismarck, ND, with a salary range of $3,010. Candidates must have at least one year of experience and six months of travel experience, living at least 60 miles from the location.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
