Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians to plan and evaluate treatment, and coordinate patient assessment, education, and triage across the continuum of care. Practice within the full scope of nursing expertise as designated by the assigned clinical setting and adhere to state licensure and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics. Manage patient care phases including preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and follow-up while maintaining competency in age and population-specific standards. This 12-hour night shift role at Bismarck Med Ctr requires a minimum of one year of experience and six months of travel experience, with a requirement to live at least 60 miles from the location.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtain and subsequently maintain required department specific competencies and certifications
