Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians to plan and evaluate treatment, and coordinate patient assessment, education, and triage. Manage the continuum of care across preventative, diagnostic, and follow-up phases while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards. Requires an unencumbered RN license, BSN preferred, and 36 weekly hours at a starting rate of $2758. This travel staffing role supports underserved communities through Solutions By Sanford at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtain and subsequently maintain required department specific competencies and certifications
- Pass a drug screen
- Pass pre-employment background screening
