Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborating with physicians to plan, implement, and evaluate patient treatment across the continuum of health maintenance, diagnosis, and follow-up. Manage patient assessment, triage, education, and various nursing interventions while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and state licensure standards. Maintain competency within the full scope of nursing expertise and age-specific clinical standards designated in the assigned setting. Live at least 60 miles from Bemidji, MN, and work rotating 12-hour shifts totaling 36 hours weekly. Requires one year of RN experience and six months of travel experience. Contracts are 14 weeks with extension options.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require pre-employment background screening
