Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians on care plans, and coordinate patient education and triage. Manage patient assessment, treatment, and follow-up across the continuum of care while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards. Maintain competency in age and population-specific clinical standards within the assigned setting at Bismarck Med Ctr. This 12-hour night shift requires at least one year of RN experience and six months of travel experience, with a requirement to live 60 miles from the location. Contracts are 14 weeks with the option to extend.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require a pre-employment background screening
