Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians on care plans, and manage patient triage, assessment, and education across the continuum of care. Coordinate patient interventions while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and state licensure standards. Maintain competency in age and population-specific standards within the assigned clinical setting. Live at least 60 miles from the Bismarck, ND location for this 12-hour night shift role with 36 weekly hours. Contracts are 14 weeks with options to extend or transfer to other Sanford sites.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen and pre-employment background screening as a condition of employment
