Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, including patient assessment, triage, education, and coordination of care across the continuum. Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards. Manage patients through preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up phases. Requires an unencumbered RN license, BSN preferred, and 36 weekly hours at a starting rate of $2758.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require pre-employment background screening
