Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians to plan and evaluate treatments, and coordinate patient education and triage. Manage care across the continuum from preventative health maintenance through diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up while adhering to state licensure standards and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics. Maintain competency in age and population-specific clinical standards within the assigned setting. Requires one year of experience, six months of travel experience, and living at least 60 miles from the Chamberlain, SD location.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Accepts a drug screen
- Accepts pre-employment background screening
